Structural features:
Flat bottomed valve seat
The bottom of the soft sealed gate valve adopts a full basin straight through flow channel design, which is equivalent to a straight pipeline. It has no stagnant cavity structure, low flow resistance, ensures smooth fluid flow, is not easy to deposit debris, and will not cause secondary pollution to the medium.
Fully covered gate
The gate adopts a stainless steel 304CF8 skeleton wrapped with high-performance rubber, and mature vulcanization technology and advanced vulcanization process completely isolate the gate core from the fluid. The encapsulation is tight and reliable, and its bonding strength meets the requirements of DVGW. Even under frequent compressive stress, the rubber will not fall off. The dual structure of valve stem nut and gate ensures sufficient freedom and flexible opening and closing without any jamming phenomenon.
Replace the sealing ring online
Special shaft seal structure, can replace the sealing ring online without stopping water when fully opened;
Reliable upper seal
The upper seal between the valve stem and the top cover adopts a five channel "O" - shaped sealing ring structure of "inner 3, outer 2". Compared with the packing sealing structure of traditional gate valves, the seal is tight and reliable, and the friction resistance is greatly reduced.
Corrosion Resistance
The inner and outer surfaces of the shell (stainless steel CF8) are electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder, with a uniform and firm coating that never exposes iron; The top of the connecting bolt in the middle chamber is sealed with glue to isolate the bolt from contact with the environment and prevent corrosion.
Food grade hygiene requirements
The inner cavity of the gate valve is sprayed with non-toxic epoxy resin powder, which meets the DVGW standard (Germany) and far exceeds the requirements of GB/T17219; The valve stem, valve stem nut and other internal components are made of stainless steel or bronze, which are not corroded by water; The rubber coating meets the hygiene standards for drinking water.
